Transforming the lives of people in our Church family and the local community of Cowgate, also including the greater City of Newcastle, NCLC’s Servolution Team heads out with paint brushes, bin bags (or whatever the need), and sometimes delicious sweeties to be salt and light to people in our world.

“My first experience of NCLC 'Servolution' was on Bonfire night. Georgina and I took the kids and couldn't believe how many people from church were in Cowgate – an an area that wasn't their own.

“We came back the next day – with our kids again – and joined the 'clear up' team. We've all been involved ever since – and that's something that I think is fantastic- my kids get to serve as well.

“I knew NCLC was having an impact on our family when my two-year-old started sharing her toys and trying to give them away. It might not seem like a big thing – but I know it was because she had caught something of what we were learning too – that we can all do something for someone else."
